The Central Florida Freethought Community (CFFC) is hiring a dedicated, enthusiastic Community Engagement & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview

Job Title: Community Engagement & Operations Coordinator
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week, flexible scheduling)
Location: Remote (within 20 miles of Orlando, FL)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and promote community outreach, educational programs, volunteer opportunities, and events.

  • Manage communications, including social media, newsletters, and website content.

  • Maintain operational support for meetings, activities, and special projects.

  • Organize and manage volunteer data and engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience with digital platforms (Google Workspace, Canva, Constant Contact or similar).

  • Passion for community engagement and humanist values.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
